Bali is on track to become the home of arguably the longest and largest rooftop swimming pool globally, as the Magnum Residence Berawa Complex nears completion in Canggu, Bali.
The rooftop pool, situated on Bali’s west coast, will stretch an impressive 190 meters, surpassing all others and earning the developers the claim of creating the world’s largest rooftop pool. This dwarfs the current record held by the 146-meter pool atop the Marina Sands Hotel in Singapore.
Once finished, The Magnum Residence Berawa will feature 150 luxury apartments, all within 500 meters of Berawa Beach. Each unit will showcase a high-tech Smart Home design, complemented by top-notch furnishings.
The apartments are available in various configurations, with a one-bedroom unit spanning 81 square meters priced at US$350,000, while a two-bedroom unit covering 162 square meters is listed at US$590,000.
Magnum Estates, a significant foreign investment property enterprise in Bali, is overseeing the development of at least five property complexes, including those in Canggu, Umalas, and Sanur.
Units are being marketed to both local and foreign investors as managed rental units with guaranteed rates of return.
The Magnum Residence Berawa Complex is currently under construction and is slated for completion in 2025.
